Another season back at Verbier, and we meet another chalet girl with an interesting history to read about.
Flora is quiet, and shy, and finally trying to live life the way she wants to do it, after finding the strength to call off her wedding to her controlling ex when he stepped too far. On a wild hen night for her boss, she ends up having to be braver than she thought she could and kiss the sexiest man in the room. Enter Zac, Mr Hottie, who actually ends up teaching Flora to be stringer than she ever thought she was.
Both Flora and Zac have troubled pasts, and I love their entwining storylines that bring them closer together. That coupled with the rather steamy parts of this book make this novella a fantastic read. If anything, I wish this was more than a novella, I could have read much more of this story!
As with Confessions of a Chalet Girl, this book just leaves you needing more!
