Review: Preppy: The Life and Death of Samuel Clearwater Part Two

Preppy: The Life and Death of Samuel Clearwater, Part Two (King, #6)Preppy finds himself back in a world he once loved, but no longer recognizes. His dim smile can’t hide his inner turmoil and the people he views as family all suddenly feel like polite strangers.

Except for one person. A girl with dark eyes and even darker hair.
A girl who isn’t even an option.

At least, not anymore.

Dre can’t decide who she’s going to listen to. Her heart, her head, or her body. Because two out of those three things have her heading right back to Logan’s Beach. Closure is what she tells herself she’s seeking, but when she unlocks doors that were never meant to be opened she soon discovers that when it comes to Samuel Clearwater, closure might NEVER be an option.

This is book six in the King Series and the second part of Preppy and Dre's story.

Claire's Review 5 of 5 Stars

Wow....Just wow! I always find it hard to put my reviews into words for any book of TM Frazier's, as they always leave you with a huge book hangover and ruin you for any book you try to read afterward!

This book is the story of what happened to Preppy, now to truly understand you need to have read the previous books in the King series (which are amazing as well I might add), and that makes this review even harder to write without adding any spoilers to it.

All I can say is this book is heart-wrenching and a complete roller coaster of emotions. Preppy is back but he isn't the same person he was before and who would be after everything he went through. Not only do we see a different side to Preppy but we get to see the effect it has on everyone around him, and I loved seeing more from King and Bear etc.

Now the ending....I should have seen it coming, seeing as there is still one more book, but now I'm clawing to get my hands on that book! I need to know what happened!!!!!
